1. Nature of Service
BAYN Lifestyle Ltd. ("BAYN", "we", "us") is a luxury lifestyle management and personal concierge service. BAYN acts as an authorised representative and intermediary, arranging services on behalf of clients with independent third-party suppliers in London. BAYN does not directly own, operate, or provide the underlying third-party services (such as restaurants, hotels, transport, beauty, retail or entertainment).
2. Fees & Charges
BAYN's fees cover coordination, sourcing and management only. Where applicable, direct supplier costs are itemised separately and clearly within your bespoke quotation. Payment of supplier charges is the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Bookings & Approvals
No arrangement is confirmed until explicitly approved by the client. BAYN presents relevant details and pricing for approval prior to confirmation. Third-party supplier terms and conditions apply to each individual booking.
4. Liability
BAYN facilitates arrangements in good faith using reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, BAYN shall not be liable for the acts, omissions, or performance of third-party suppliers. Our liability for our own coordination services is limited to the concierge fee charged for the relevant request.
5. Governing Law
