1. Cancellations
Cancellation terms for underlying third-party services (hotels, restaurants, transport, etc.) are governed by the respective supplier's own policies. BAYN will communicate these terms to you before confirmation so you may approve with full knowledge.
2. BAYN Coordination Fees
BAYN coordination and management fees are non-refundable once work has commenced on your request, reflecting time and resources committed. Where no work has begun, fees may be refunded at our discretion.
3. Refunds
